Leadership Programme Application Form

Funded by the DM Trust, the Leadership Programme has been developed to support ethnic minorities gain access to leadership training and coaching.

The programme consists of 2 one-day training course delivered by our expert tutors Jack Lowman and Mark Harris.

Training course 1: Leadership for the Modern Marketer

Training course 2: Leadership Readiness in Business

The programme also includes 2 one-hour 1:1 coaching sessions with the tutors to work through the programme in more detail and focus on the individual needs and motivations.

This Leadership Programme will be delivered over a 4-month period with fixed course dates and coaching session to fit within your schedules.

The programme is eligible to all individuals from ethnic minority groups that have a passion and motivation to deliver their leadership skills. Experience in a work environment is preferred but not essential. Please only apply if you are fully committed to completing the programme.
